Can`t chage logo with Neve theme

    I can`t change logo with Neve theme.
    If I try to publish it after changing or deleting the logo, I will see an error message such as “Looks like something’s gone wrong. Wait a couple seconds, and then try again.”.
    How can I fix it?

  • Hi, sulga2, I’m another Neve user.

    Please try using the “Health Check” plugin to diagnose the issue: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/.

    In the troubleshooting tab, you can disable all plugins and have the theme changed while logged in; visitors will see the website as if the plugin(s) and/or theme wasn’t changed.

    In this case, please try deactivating plugins to determine if plugin(s) are causing your issue.

    The error you are getting seems tied to what @plantprogrammer mentioned. It is most probably caused by a plugin conflict thus please make sure to check for those and see if the issue disappears.
