Can’t change admin email address

You can update the admin email for your site in the wp_options table, and replace the email address in the row with the key “admin_email”. See this help guide helps: https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-change-the-wordpress-admin-email/

Backup: If you haven’t already done, always backup everything (including your database) before doing any actions, just in case something really goes wrong. You can never have enough backups!
