Can’t Change background on free version

  • We use the free version of the pop up and used to be able to change the background. If we try that now we just get a screen with a big black square.

    Has this functionality be taken out of the free product?

    Hi @andylockhart,
    the feature wasn’t removed. Maybe it’s a conflict with some other component?
    Could you try to switch to another theme and/or to deactivate all other plugins and see if the issue persists?
