Can’t change capabilities to a role

  • In version 4.60 of the plugin I am unable to change the abilities assigned to roles

    In fact, I see the ticks corresponding to the various functions assigned to the role but I do not have the possibility to deselect them.

    Could you tell me how to do it?

    What role do you try to edit?
    URE does not allow to revoke capabilities from the ‘administrator’ role.
    If you open ‘Capabilities’ of the selected user page, then you can not revoke capabilities granted to this user via roles. You have to edit corresponded role for that.

    I should change the privileges for the “store locator” role to make it modify the pages and display the stores plugin.

    Where can I change the privileges of the role and not of the single user?

    Go to “Users->User Role Editor” admin menu item, select “Store Locator” role and make needed changes.
