Can`t change default e-mail address

Hi,

When I try to change the default e-mail address I get the message under here. (IT?s a new thing I think).

This address is used for administrative tasks. If you change this, we will send you an email to the new address to confirm it. The new address will not be activated until it is confirmed.

But WordPress does not send a link so I can confirm.. What do I do?
