Can’t change H1 font size

    Yes, this is correct. The font you’re trying to change is the global H1 size, while for that exact paragraph, you’ll need to go to the Customiser -> Single Posts -> Post Title section, and change it from there, since these controls are separate (if they have been modified previously).
