Today I’ve been working on the css of my site and I’ve created a new child theme, but in the new child theme I copied exactly the css I had in the previous one.

At some point the header background has become black I don’t know for what reason and I can’t change it, I’ve tried various css related to the header background but without result.

I state that in appearance-customise I see it white, perfect, but then if I go to load the page I see it black. And I would add that the color selected in appereance – customise- header is of course white. What could have caused this problem? Thank you all for the help.

  • Hey @noritarte

When I look at your site, the header appears with a white background for me. Has this issue been resolved already, or are you still seeing it with a black background?

Hi thanks for the reply. I haven’t solved the problem but I found the cause: I installed a plugin called Shift8 to manage cnd. It works very well, but if I enable cnd for css it causes me that problem. At the moment I disabled the option for css and I will try to contact the plugin developers to understand the problem.

    Hi @noritarte,

Thanks for the update. I hope the plugin’s developers can help you out. If you have any further questions, please let us know.
