can’t change header links

    I followed the video, How To Make a WordPress Website – 2020, and no matter what I have tried for hours and days, I can’t make the links go where I want. I watched again where step by step, he changes the last button and when I do it, it is the only one where I can add a link, but it doesn’t go to my contact page. I can put links on other parts, but on the header I can’t get it. Around in circles for days.

    I can make links that work to pages on my other site, but when I just want a link to go to my section instead of that the template had, I don’t know where to put the tag.
