    Hello for some reason I can’t change my hero section image. I have tried many times to changed it by going to Turn on builder : then styling : then background : and that’s where I added the new background video and background image. Is weird because right after I click turn on builder the new one I put always displays. But once I save it and reload the page it doesn’t keep the new one but keeps the previous one. Which doesn’t make sense because I put a new background image. That should work because that’s how I change my hero section the problem it only loads the old one and the new one only loads when I turn on the builder. And when I save it the older one still is the one active.

    Okay Im getting in contact with them because I paid for the paid version and I’m still haven’t the same issue. My hero section image won’t change and if it does it stays on for a few hours and goes back to old version. And in mobile version doesn’t show any of the products I publish. Only in desktop version it shows the product. And it’s most likely it’ll dissapear later too.
