• Hi, I’m using WordPress 3.6 on Windows Azure, I migrated the site from a centOS server and everything works fine, except trying to add the user to a plan fails:

1.- I manually add a new user to WordPress, that is working.
2.- I go to edit their profile to assign them on a plan level, I click update, the page says “User updated”, but they don’t change level, the message at the bottom says “User is not paying.”

3.- Also, I tried to change an old test user from plan A to plan B and on update now they appear as not subscribed.

Any ideas how to fix this?

    I’m using:
    Wordpress 3.6
I disabled all plugins, still it doesn’t work.
Paid Memberships Pro 1.7.2.1 just updated it, don’t know if before the update this worked.
.NET 4.5 (can be changed to 3.6)
PHP 5.4 (can be changed to 5.3 or be turned off)

    Thanks.

This kind of thing comes up on IIS installs sometimes due to differences in how MySQL is installed. If you check your MySQL error log, you might get more information on what is going on. If it’s something we can fix in the plugin, we will. But we don’t test on every configuration of IIS/etc.

    Hi Ethan,

Any luck with fixing this issue or any other updates for us?

    Thank You
