Can’t Change New Number and Text

  • Currently we are opting to the other whatsapp plugin, but I do prefer using your plugin because all of my google tags trigger and ads conversion is linked to your plugin.

    My problem is:
    I can’t seem to change to whatsapp number, when I changed it on the settings, but it did not changed it on the button, it keeps reverting to the old number. And I can’t also change the text.

    I don’t have any caching plugin at the moment on my website. I tried reinstalling the pluggin it didn’t work either

    Please, clear the server cache with a specific plugin and the problem will be solved.

    Also ensure you don’t have defined in your post/page a custom phone or message for Joinchat that are overriding global settings.
