Can’t change or remove the “featured header image” on my front page

  • Hi,

    I’m using Rife free and I don’t know what’s going on between Elementor and this theme, but I know I had no problem changing this header image before till couple weeks ago when I did some changes with eliminator then realized some settings acting weird and change by themselves when I’m not even on the site;
    Later I realized this header image won’t change no matter what I tried. I even removed the image from media library and the image still there; and when I go to customizing to changed the New image simply covers the whole page background starting from the bottom of the “featured header image” instead of changing the actual header image;

    Any idea how to fix this?

    Please share a live link and a screenshot so I could know more about which exactly section we are talking, as there are settings for various sections of the site.

    here is a link, but how do I share screenshots here? I don’t have the option to upload images;

    update: the “featured image” I’m talking about has been removed now “day after” I removed it from media library and was able to replace it with another one using Elementor.. but the image still not showing anywhere where it suppose to be on Customizer settings although it is displayed on the site;

    it seems that the customizer is not fully responsive or some weird bug or plugins issues

    You can upload screenshot to your website and link it, or use some external service for images. www.ads-software.com forums don’t have such a feature.

    I still don’t see a link or a screenshot so it is hard to guess.
