Can’t Change Page Layout

  • Hello. I tried researching on my own and searching the forums but didn’t see this addressed. When I try to create a new page in these theme, I am not given an option; all the default or custom layout options are greyed out/unable to be selected. I want to make the page full width, one column, no sidebar.

    Some pages on my website seem to have the option available while others don’t. Is there a setting or some other user error I have missed somehow? How can I adjust the page layout? Thank you in advance!

    Thank you for reaching out.

    It looks like the pages on which you can’t change the layout are not built with the same Page Builder as other pages that have these options.

    Have you tried creating a completely new page, copy the content and try to change the layout then?

    Also, please make sure to complete the basic troubleshooting steps such as:
    1. Deactivate all plugins except the Page Builder
    2. Test if the options are working
