can't change profile picture

    Hello!!!
    I have facing problem about profile picture change. Today I have installed easy-author-image plugin in my WordPress site. I can upload and update profile picture from admin panel. But when i login as a subscriber then I can’t change profile picture. When i click on Change profile picture button then it shows home page inside upload window.

    I am asking help to resolve this problem.

    Sorry you’re having problems. It sounds like a permission problem with your wp-contents directory (though I could be wrong). Other’s have reported a similar issue and it was because their wp-contents folder was on lockdown and not allowing the function to access it.

    Another possibility is to check your console in Firefox or Chrome to see what errors you’re getting. If the get_gravatar function is loading a webpage it sounds more like your browser is screwing up than anything else. Again, check the console to see what errors are being outputted.
