Can't Change Shipping Option

  • Hello,

    I’ve got a site and I’m trying to offer 4.99 flat rate shipping to anywhere in the us but also offer a local delivery option for select zip does. I assumed it would give the option if you entered a qualifying zip code but it’s not.

    They’re both set up as zones and one has USA and the other has the zip codes.

    Any help?

    You’ll need two shipping zones for this. The first zone should be your zone with zip codes, the second should be a zone for all of the US. That way you give your zip codes a chance to match before the US zone is used.

    Could you screenshot your shipping zone settings and post the links to the images here, and also explain what is currently happening when you enter in one of the special zip code?

    Same problem here.
    I did pick several time zones, each of them have different shipping methods.
    However, there is only online pickup available on my checkout page.
    Please advise.
