    Hi Support,

I’m trying to add more text in “Display a Message after Registration”. I added extra texts, saved, and it’s not saving any texts. I tried to create a new group and did the same but it’s not getting save. Even I tried to use custom link and it didn’t work. Is there any way to modify that Registration Submission display message. I mean once user submit the registration form it should the display a longer message instead of just “Thank you for signing up”. I want to add more text or I’ll display a different page.

Another problem is that I added “login” short code in page, whenever user click to sign in from there it open an other page and display a message like you’re not authorize. Let me explain it. I have front end user post submission plug in. I was using “Woo popup” it is working fine, but I wanted to use your plugin and want to get rid of woo, so I added the short code in that page like if user is not sign in it should display the login field. It is showing the login fields but once user click on user name field it open a separate page and display the message like restricted or something like that. If user is already login it show the logout field there which woo won’t show that. So how i can make the short code work. Like user can login from there and it should not display logout in the bottom.
I really appreciate your help. Thank you

    Hello @rozard,

Thank you for writing to us.

Regrading message after registration, could you please check it after deactivating all other plugins on the site, except for ProfileGrid? Then check if the issue is still there.

If the issue is still occurring, we will require access details for your site to get a better analysis and help deliver you quick solution. Please reach out to us through our support page on our site.

In case the issue is resolved after deactivating all other plugins, you’ll have to find which plugin is conflicting with ProfileGrid and keep it deactivated. You can check this by activating the plugins one by one and recreating the issue in ProfileGrid with each activation.

Regrading login issue, please confirm you have put correct shortcode for login and shortcode does not have any hyperlink on page. You may apply custom css to hide the logout link.

I have been able to update the message after the registration. One of plugin was causing the issue. Thank for that.

I’m using “[PM_Login]” short code for that page. I tested with multiple browser still having issue. I’m using two short code in same page one is for creating post, other for login in case user is not logged in it asks them login. It is working fine with woo Commerce short code but it won’t work with yours.

You can view both pages, I am using your short code in Test environment and Woo Commerce in Prod. Links are below.

    Prod: https://www.balochpedia.com/create-post/

By the way how what will be CSS code to hide the logged out screen form the page as you mention above.

    I really appreciate your help.
