Can't Change Site Title

    Hi,

    I’m trying to change the site title and am unable to do it. I’ve gone to settings:general and made the changes and hit save but the title of the blog remains the same. The blog is new and I’m still using the wordpress default theme. Is the default theme the problem? Thanks.
