Can’t change site URLs

    Hello,

    I need help with changing URLs in my WordPress Site with the theme Neve. Whenever I publish a site it automatically generates a random URL ending with /?page_id=23.

    I tried to reinstall WP and deactivate every plugin.

    I would be thankful for help!
