Can’t change text or turn banner off

    Hi-I have deleted the text on the banner, de-activated simple banner, used a different browser, and changed the text and saved it, and nothing is working to get rid of the banner which advertises a time-limited sale. Can you help? thank you. and yes I have refreshed the page over and over, it still shows the old content. thanks.

    Glad you got it to work. Issues like this are usually due to your browser cache so the steps you took eventually worked. Typically if you delete your browser cache the new content will show up immediately.
