Cant Change Theme cuz it says not secure

    When I try to preview or add a new theme, nothing comes up and it says Not Secure up top (left). Every other one of my wordpress sites is working properly except this one. What is going wrong??

    Have you tried:
    – deactivating ALL (yes all) plugins temporarily to see if this resolves the problem (plugin functions can interfere). If this works, re-activate them individually (one-by-one) to find the problematic plugin(s).
    – If that does not resolve the issue, WITH ALL PLUGINS DEACTIVATED, try switching to the unedited default Theme (Twenty Seventeen.) for a moment using the WP dashboard to rule out any theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
