can't change theme header

  • Hi,
    I have a new installation of SP 3.11 which has several problems. I could use some help troubleshooting the header change process.

    When I select Appearance, Header, Browse, Upload of my new header image, I get this error:

    The uploaded file could not be moved to F:\inetpub\vhosts\leanstreammedia.com\subdomains\frameofmind\httpdocs\PPV/wp-content/uploads

    WP is running in Plesk on Windows 2003. I don’t have any problems using FTP to place files in any folder.

    Can someone here help me find where my error is?
