Can’t change URL

Have you tried adding the following lines to wp-config.php file :

define('WP_HOME','https://castlerising.co.uk');
define('WP_SITEURL','https://castlerising.co.uk');

I tried this but still no luck. I’m still locked out and when I try the .co.uk in my browser I get the error: ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS
