Now way to change the URL, or better said it does not save it.
All changes can be saved except the URL.
Deactivated and removed plugin and re-installed it, still no luck.
Everything is updated but no success.
Also can remove the button or add another one..

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @elaxxl ,

    Thanks for your support question!

When you say it does not save it, do you mean that it does not save in the Buttonizer dashboard? When you refresh the Buttonizer dashboard your changes disappear?

If so, could you perhaps open your console log then make changes in Buttonizer’s dashboard by adding a new button and see if there are any errors that popup?

It might help us a lot to find out what’s causing the issue.

    Hi there,

Even when i change something else and then save it (blue button in the top right) the URL change disappears.
    Yes in the buttonizer dashboard.
And is mentioned i can not add another button so no way to make the change..

    @elaxxl ,

Perhaps something is conflicting with Buttonizer. Like a theme.
Could you perhaps let us know which theme you are using? We would like to try and see if we can reproduce this issue using the same theme.

    Regarding the console log,
Yes, you currently can’t make any changes. But an error might appear in the console log stating what went wrong trying to make changes in Buttonizer.

Here’s an example of what it might look like:

But it used to work with this theme.
Offocurse: Ronneby theme (premium via themeforest).

Now i got the link to work (it is visible inside the buttonizer settings) and the button is visible when i am logged in but when i log out the button is not there on the front end..
    Thanx again for helping.

Thanks for letting us know about the theme!

the button is visible when i am logged in but when i log out the button is not there on the front end..

It sounds like the changes might be cached.
Could you try clearing your site’s cache and see if the changes will appear?

    Sorry, forgot to reply.
Even with deleting browser history and having “cache killer chrome extension” enabled it did not work.

Checked the next day, still no luck.

When i was typing this message i checked one more time… and now it works XD

    Thank you for your time.

    I will close this topic.

Glad to hear that the issue was resolved!

We had another user in our support mail that also couldn’t change the URL.
They simply had to press enter to make it work. Perhaps this issue is somewhat related?

We will test it out on our side and see if we can reproduce this issue and fix it.

If you ever have any questions, please let us know! ??
