Cant change wordpress page URL

I’m having difficulty changing the links of my WordPress pages. When I change the slug of a page and save it is ok, but when i put the url on the browser it shows a 404 page (not the 404 page i made, its shows that dinosaur one). I don’t have any pages with the same name in the trash or anywhere else.

Additionally, I’m unable to access any authentication pages (wc-auth/v1/authorize?ap) without encountering the same 404 error. Can anyone offer some guidance on how to resolve these issues?
