Can’t change Write settings after upgrade to 3.0

I upgraded to MU 3.0 the other day. Now there’s a couple of weird things going on.

Some info: I’ve got the website set up so sub-blogs go into folders, not domains. The site has been up for over a year now & has been working fine for a long while now. I am logged in with an ID that is a site administrator.

The real bothersome thing is the inability to change the Writing settings on a blog. The number of lines in the post editor got set back to 10. I wanted to set it to 30. So I went to the Writing Settings page, set the field to 30, and hit Save Changes. I get a blank page with a message that says, “You are not allowed to call this page directly.”.

Is this a bug or do I need to make some change somewhere?
