Can't check mark the box "Active" for my agent

    Is another agent already marked as active? If so, uncheck it and yours should then become available. This limit is imposed until the Multi-Agent addons is activated.

    No I only have 1 agent because I don’t have the Multi-Agent addon, so only 1 agent is possible if I’m correct.

    I tried to flip it to always online and always offline and also setting certain hours, but still nothing, it remains unclickable.

    I hope you can provide a solution.

    Click on the Users tab in the sidebar of the WP Dashboard. Then “Add New”.
