Can′t Checkout – Always appear message: “Please enter an address to continue”

    Hi,

    The checkout page always keep showing the message: “Please enter an address to continue”

    Unless I “Send to a different address”, It′s impossible to Checkout with billing address.

    Can you please advise?

  • have you made any customizations on what fields should appear, and such as removing Country?

    Yes, I did remove the Country field

    i suggest you to undo that and put it back. then highly probably that message will disappear. because the same thing happened to me. and after undo customization regarding to country, the problem solved.

    Yes one of my friend customised it but no he is not in contact with me
