I have just installed Revolut alongside our other payment methods. We are in Sandbox mode and have the api key connected fine. However – checkout does not work at all, with the very helpful error of ‘something went wrong’.

I’d appreciate email support if possible so we can share live links and maybe setup a staging site.

Note we have PayPal also available and checkout is fine using that.

There is one issue with PayPal – if we checkout with any currency other than the store default of GBP, it currently fails (PayPal looking into this as we speak) but Revolut fails on any currency, even the store default.

(And one extra bit of info that may be useful, PayPal needed a filter to return the correct page context as their CC fields weren’t showing up.)

    Hello,

Please reach out to our in App Help section and ask for your case to be escalated. To further debug this we would need you to share information that should not be shared on a public forum.

Follow these steps to reach out to our help section:

    – Open the Revolut Business App

    – Click on your account name on the top left of your screen.
    – Open “Help” section.
    – Scroll down until you see “Chat” option.
    – Click on “Start new chat” (chat bubble icon)

    Kind regards,

I am not the client, I am the developer – do I need to get access to the clients account or create my own Revolut account?

    Hi @doughballs,

“Something went wrong error” is a generic message that can happen for many reasons. usually misconfigured settings or some conflict with other 3rd party plugins.

Please reach out to us via the email [email protected] and attach the thread link as well, having a direct conversation will allow us to investigate this issue properly and provide recommandation

    Kind regards

We are getting the same ‘something went wrong’ error on live too. The support team haven’t been super helpful yet either.

You’ve already told me it’s a revolut side issue.
