    Hello,

    I have a pretty new shop and today a customer wanted to check out and it didn’t work! I tried everything to find the error and in the end realised it has to do with the product bundles.
    The message is always the same – I have translated it from German to English: ‘Sorry, you can’t checkout – please contact the customer support.’
    I really need urgent help to fix this issue!

    I check?our demo site?and find our plugin still works fine.

    There might be a confict between your plugin or our theme on your site and our plugin. Pls kindly check by deactivating one by one plugin or changing the theme to figure it out.

    That’s not really a helpful answer, as online there are reports over reports, that there bugs and problems with the product bundles. My theme a commonly used shop theme, which I’m sure is not the problem.

    Hello, I figured out now, that the VAT/tax is not displaying in the cart overview and checkout – is it possible that it has to do something with that? And how can I display the VAT correctly? Thank you, Marlene

    Hello,

    thank you – I know how to adjust/assign the different tax classes, but this has nothing to do, that the bundle doesn’t show the tax at checkout and cart overview – or do you see that differently? Sorry to say this, but so far this hasn’t been very helpful…

    Hello,

    my web developer now figured out the problem! The product bundles are rated as ‘for free’ and there is an option in the ‘German market’ plugin to not let the customer buy any articles which have no price. Why this is happening I don’t know, but I will report the problem to ‘German Market’ as well.
