I’m trying to add a “local pickup” option at checkout, however once there are two shipping options it won’t let the customer ever select the second option. If you click the second option, it will spin the calculation wheel and then revert back to the top shipping option every time. If I order the shipping options so that local pickup is first and shipping second, customers can’t click shipping. If I put shipping first, customers can’t select local pickup. The second option can’t be clicked at all on the cart page, and automatically reverts to the first option when on the checkout page.
I’ve got a staging site that I’m using to try and fix this issue, and have tried updating, removing and stopping plugins, as well as deactivating and reactivating woocommerce. The public site is currently only using one shipping method so that customers can complete their checkout.
I’m using the Astra Theme. Based on my research trying to fix it I have found a few other people who had this problem in the past. Some people seem to indicate it could involve the woocommerce_session_activity table, although I’m not sure how to check that or where to find it in my php files.
I have used the woocommerce>status>tools and reset the data on the staging site but that hasn’t worked either.
