Can’t click / choose Remote Storage

    Hello, I’ve just installed Updraft Plus, and went to the plugin’s Settings tab to choose the remote destination for my backups. I believe I should be able to click on any of the logos (e.g. Dropbox), but for me they are not clickable.

    On my site, each option has all the details visible underneath each storage option, and nothing is clickable, so I cannot choose Dropbox, or any other option. Therefore I can’t run any backups. I took a screenshot but can’t find a place to attach it to this thread. Can anyone help please?

    Do you get the same if you temporarily de-activate all other plugins and reload the page as a test?

    If you use ‘View Source’ in your browser to look at the page source, what is at the bottom?

    Are there any JavaScript errors in the browser’s JavaScript console?

    Thank you for your time on this David. Yes, when all plugins are disabled, Updraft works fine. I should have checked this first!
    I will now to try to resolve the plugin conflict.

    The problem plugin was “Page links to”. I’ll try to find another workaround for that.
    In the meantime, UpdraftPlus now appears to be working perfectly – thank you!
