cant click into contact form input field on live site

i cant click the first 3 fields of my contact form. the only way i can activate them is to click the YOUR MESSAGE then SHIFT TAB to get to the fields.

its on the HOME PAGE, Contact Page

customers cant use it and we need help fixing this ASAP please.

my site is up to date, along with all my plugins. this was the reply from the theme developer.

Hi Drew, can you please update your VamTam push menu to version 2.0.13 and test again:

You are running an old theme version that is not compatible with the latest version of WordPress and it may cause different issues.
You can update your theme and plugins safely following this guide:
