Can't click on drop down menu items

Before asking this question, I found this thread

and entered

.tc-hover-menu.nav ul {
top: 20px;
}

Into my custom CSS. It worked for about 15 minutes and now it’s back to doing the same thing again. When you hover over the menu, you can see the sub menus but as soon as you go to click on them, they disappear.

I checked, and the code about is still in CSS, I’ve tried adjusting the px size but that does nothing.

Any suggestions?
