Can't click or drag and drop in widgets menu and update wordpress

  • Hi!
    I have two problems. When I try to click or move my widgets nothing happends and I can’t update my WordPress version. I disabled all plugins and tried again to move the widgets and nothing..Also I checked is my javascript is enabled and used the phone and still nothing. Any ideas?
