• I’m redesigning a website that uses Easy Appointments. I have cloned and migrated the site to a different server for the redesign, but basic settings should be the same as where the live site is. However, I’m unable to clone any of the connections. I was able to delete a bunch of old ones. I am also able to add a new connection but it doesn’t show up on the front end after I activate it and save it.

There is also a bit of difference in the display on the front end as well, in that the dropdown (to select from different services) doesn’t have the arrow on the right end of the dropdown. If I click anywhere in the dropdown, it will drop down, but there’s no down-arrow on the right to indicate it’s a dropdown. (This could be something to do with the new template I’m using, but I thought I’d mention it anyway, in case you’ve seen this reported before.)

The live site is working fine. I was able to clone some appointment connections just yesterday and they show up on the front end, no problem. But since I hadn’t heard back about whether/how we can export settings from one site and import them to another (my other ticket), I figured I should create them manually on the development site… and found that I cannot. I want to go live with this new redesigned site very soon, but this must be functional when I do.

Could this have anything to do with the fact that the domain I’m developing it on is different from the live site? Could there be a difference in server settings that would cause this? Let me know if you need access to check out the site and I’ll send it to you privately.

    Many thanks for your help.
