Can't Close Popup in IE, Firefox

    Hi,
    Thanks again for providing a fantastic plugin. It’s been working without a hitch until I tested it today in IE and Firefox. I was previously using it without issue in Chrome.

    In IE/Firefox today, I noticed that when the popup appears, I can’t click on the “x” to close the popup the way I can in Chrome or on my phone’s browser.

    The only way to close the popup w/i IE/Firefox appears to be by filling in the popup form and submit.

    Actually, I just realized the inability to close the popup window has now extended to Chrome as well…this seems to be an issue which just appeared today.

    The only configuration setting I’ve updated since the last time I saw this popup was adding a second popup, which I’ve timed to appear every 7 days whereas the 1st popup is meant to appear every 14 days. The popup I’m currently seeing is the 1st of the 2 popups.

    Hi Darren,
    Could you please make sure you have updated PopupAlly to the latest version? The issue of not being able to close the popup on mobile devices was fixed quite few updates ago, and it should be fixed in the latest version. I just tested in Chrome and it is working as expected.

    I definitely have the latest plugin installed and activated.

    Could you test with IE and Firefox as well?

    Strangely,everything was working just fine until a few days before I made the initial post.
