Did you recently update to the latest version of WordPress? If so, these Javascript errors may have been due to a recent jQuery Migrate deprecation in WordPress 5.5+ that hasn’t been rectified yet in one of your other installed plugins.
It may help to install the Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin below to see if the issue is resolved:

If the above doesn’t fix the issue, disable all plugins other than Wordfence to see if you’re able to confirm the terms/privacy policy. If so, reactivate your other plugins one by one to see if any further issues with Wordfence arise. To do so I recommend the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin which allows you to disable all plugins and switch to a default theme, but only for your user to prevent downtime for other site visitors.
