Can’t connect account in wp admin

Hello! I have similar account connect problem as they had:

https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/could-not-connect-to-account/May it be a php bug still? I’m on 7.4 now.
(temporarily i put the script via functions.php, but wondering if the bug can be fixed)
