• Hi,

    I am getting this error when (successfully) reconnecting the Instagram account:

    API-Fehler 100: Tried accessing nonexisting field (media_product_type) on node type (Media)

    I tried to clear the cache and reset the error log, but the error persists. Can you please advice me what else I can do?

  • I have the same problem with all my (already connected) websites.

    I’m also experiencing this issue. After I go through the process of reconnecting my account it then says “Source Invalid”.

    Due to a sudden Instagram API change, an update to our plugin is required. Please update your plugin in your WordPress Dashboard > Plugins > Installed Plugins to the latest version (Free 6.1.5 or Pro 6.2.4). If you are having issues updating, please see our manual update documentation here.

    After this, you will likely need to reconnect your source again. For instructions on how to do this, please see this?reconnection documentation.

    I have similar problem.

    When I try remove this error I remove Instagram Account – now I know that was unnecesary.

    I can not connect him now (businness account).

    When I try connect by use default method, after all, the notice is: Source invalid.

    When I try connect manually, the spinerr is spinn arround and nothing happend.

    This seems like it is a different issue on your site, or the Access Token you are trying to add manually is invalid. Please reach out to us using our support form here, adding the System Info from the plugin’s Help section as well as the access token & ID information so that we can confirm the validity.     I tryed Advanced -> Delete All Platform Data on clear new instance of WordPress.

    There is test above button: Warning: Clicking this button will permanently delete all Instagram data, including all connected accounts, cached posts, and stored images.

    This not work.

    Connected accoutt wasn’t removed.
    Feed is displayed fine like before.
