Can’t connect Paypal account Resolved

    I’m trying to connect my Paypal account to the Paypal payments in Woocommerce.

    After I click a “connect to Paypal” button, I can login to my Paypal account but after the redirect I got this error.

    “We could not complete the onboarding process. Some features, such as card processing, will not be available. To fix this, please try again.”

    I have no idea why this happened. Do you have the workaround for this issue?

    Hi @lunarmimi,

    Did you try again as the error suggests?
    Usually, it should work right away when trying again.

    On the last step of the onboarding before you click the “Go back to WooCommerce Developers” button, please wait about 3-5 seconds before clicking the button.
    When this button is clicked too quickly after the page load, the onboarding process can be interrupted as the popup window closes while information is still being transmitted from PayPal to the plugin.
    A new REST App has likely been created in the PayPal developer dashboard, but there was not enough time to transmit the client id and secret key.
    You could also log into the PayPal developer dashboard and manually input the missing credentials: https://paypal.inpsyde.com/docs/connect-a-paypal-account/#Obtaining_the_Client_ID_Secret_Key

    @niklasinpsyde Ohh Thank you for your help! It works and I’m OK now. Waiting 3-5 secs did the tricks.
