    Hey @duskomy

Thanks for contacting us about Facebook for WooCommerce. Sorry to hear our plugin is not connecting your site to Facebook. I am happy to help out ??

There are a couple of different error messages that can happen when there are connection issues. Can you please let me know the text or a screenshot of the error message that you are receiving when attempting to connect?

    Cheers,

    Hey @ikanovak,

Thanks for reaching out about the plugin. I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue as well. Although you are seeing the same error message and having a similar experience with your Messenger, it may or may not be the same issue, I’m afraid.

Since you’re not the person who originally started this topic then, per the forum guidelines, would you please start your own topic? We’ll be more than happy to help there ??

    Cheers,
    Steve

    Hey @duskomy

Sorry that you are still unable to connect. As mentioned in my initial post, there are a couple of different error messages that can happen when there are connection issues. Can you please let me know the text or a screenshot of the error message that you are receiving when attempting to connect? Once I have this information, I can provide you with some further information as to how to resolve the specific error you are receiving.

    Hey @duskomy

Thank you for providing the screenshot with the error.

There are a number of different reasons that this error can happen on the connection .T start with, can you please verify the following:

    • Your pixel, catalog, and Facebook extension must all be under the same Business Manager account.
    • Your site’s timezone setting must be set to something other than UTC+0 (WordPress > Settings > General)
    • Your site’s currency must be supported by Facebook. If it is not, temporarily switch to a supported currency and attempt to connect.

Can you please check that the above three items are all correct for your site?

    Cheers,
    Steve

Hi @steve you can mark as solved :), I folowed the steps you wrote, my catalog was on personal acc, and I changed currency to supported one before connecting, I tried several times, I managed to connect at the end.
    Thanks for great help!

Hi. I also successfully connected to Facebook after I change my currency on woocommerce.
But after I change the currency back to Croatian currency the currency on Facebook stayed as € and it didn’t change back on Facebook.

Where did you change the currency on Facebook?
