    Dear support team,

    I am facing a problem while trying to connect WooCommerce to Facebook.

    When I press the “Get started” button and click to connect my account I get the following message:

    “Missing required information from developer There is missing information required to set up the connection correctly. Please reach out to the developer for more information.”

    Can you please help me with this?

    Thank you for reaching out!

    When I press the “Get started” button and click to connect my account I get the following message:

    I’m not able to replicate this nor found recent reports about it.

    Please make sure it’s not the result of a conflict between your theme or another plugin. The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.
