    Yes, that would be because you’re using the sandbox – which is not recommended to be used at all, and requires a dedicated sandbox account. The sandbox is intended for developers only for good reasons – basically, you’ll be wasting your time because you’ll continue to come across sandbox related issues and continue to ask “why doesn’t this work as expected” and the answer will be “because you’re using the sandbox” over and over again… which is the reason why I can’t provide support for the sandbox.

    Just disable it and you’ll be able to log in with your normal eBay account.
