Thank you for reaching out to us about your issue. Is there a source added in the Reviews Feed settings page as the message is mentioning?
If you are having issues adding a Google Place source it could be for these two main reasons and a few other things to check that can potentially affect this:
- API Key is incorrectly set up or restricted. To resolve this, please review the API Key documentation.
- The Google Maps source location ID is a ‘Service Area’ and does not have a set address. There is no fix for unfortunately as the Google API only provides reviews for locations with a set address.
- If there is a source added, this error message is mentioning that the feed itself has no sources. Please try creating a new feed or go to All Feeds > Feeds Options > Settings tab > Sources and ensure the correct source is selected there, then Save Changes.
- Finally, double-check that the shortcode has the correct feed ID added – you can copy this directly from the All Feeds page.
