Can't connect to Jetpack

    Hi

    I’m having problems with one of my sites connecting to jetpack. I’ve gone through the checks and everything seems OK. I’ve even extended the php5.ini file time but still getting the following error. Can anyone help?

    Jetpack could not contact WordPress.com: register_http_request_failed. This usually means something is incorrectly configured on your web host.
    Operation timed out after 15000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

    Many thanks, it seems to have sorted itself out once I updated to 4.0.
