Can’t connect to library

    Hi, I have installed elementor free version and I’ve created a new account on Elementor. Everytime I try to insert a free template, i get message saying I have to connect to elementor library. When i do, i get a message that something has gone wrong (can’t connect to library. Try reloading the page and try again). When i go back to WP dasboard I see another error Bad Request.
    What can I do to fix this?

    Please check under your WordPress dashboard > Elementor > System info if ZIP Installed is set to yes. https://snipboard.io/zxRi0M.jpg

    If not, contact your hosting company and ask them to enable this for you.

    If it is already enabled:

    -Make sure your plugins, themes, and WordPress versions are all updated.

    -Go to your WordPress Dashboard > Elementor > System Info, and check that your system follows all requirements.

    -To rule out a conflict with a third-party plugin, deactivate all your plugins (besides Elementor) to see if it helps. If it solves the issue, then reactivate them one by one to find the culprit.

    -If all fails, temporarily switch your theme to a standard WordPress theme, for example, Twenty Twenty, to see if it makes any difference.`
