    Hi Lupaus,

    Are you using a firewall plugin and does your webhost allow remote requests over a secure connection (HTTPS)?

    If the answer to both questions is no, are you 100% sure you copied your API key correct?

    Aaah, yes it was a simple user error on my end. Thanks for the advise!

    One more question: How could I align the sign up button center of right side of the form instead of left?

    Dear Danny,

    I have the same problem. I used this plugin before for different websites but in my new one I receive this message (“NOT CONNECTED”)!
    I don’t use any firewall plugin so what should I ask from my hosting provider ?

    Hi Babak,

    Most likely, your host does not allow remote connections to a secure server / cURL over HTTPS. Your host should know once you tell them this. ??

    They told me that there is no restriction for such a thing on their server! Is there any other thing that I need to double check ?
