Can't connect to my website or admin panel

I have 2 websites and both have been up for months without having any problems. Within the last 2 days both sites have been crashing off and on. When i type in the urls it comes back with this message “safari can’t find the server” with a failed to open page. I can’t even access my wordpress admin panel.

Is this a problem with my hosting (host monster) or another issue that I need to resolve with my wordpress blog?
