    I’m not sure. That doc is the correct one for connecting to a Salesforce sandbox account. It’s pretty common among our customers and I helped someone set it up last week, and it was working.

    I guess I’d make sure that your sandbox account doesn’t have a custom authorization URL, in which case you’ll need to modify the URL in the code.

    And also make sure that you added the code snippet to the functions.php file of your *active* theme… sometimes it’s possible to get mixed up and edit the wrong functions.php file.

    Also confirm that your user credentials are correct for the sandbox. Per the Salesforce docs:

    “For example, if a username for a production org is [email protected], and the sandbox is named “test,” the modified username to log in to the sandbox is [email protected].”
