    Hi there,
the plugin sounds great but I’m facing an issue that prevents me form using it. I simply can’t connect it to Stripe and it looks like abug. Here’s what I do :
    – Go into paypal & stripe settings
    – Click on the Stirpe Tab
    – Click on “Connect with Stripe”

I am then redirected to the WPPLUGIN LLC landing page.
    – I select my Stripe account and click on log in
    – After a quick load I’m redirected to my wordpress account but the connect button is still there, like nothing happened. I’ve been looking for a solution and c an’t find any, please help.

Do you have any security plugins or perhaps a server firewall that may be blocking the connection to the Stripe API?

Hi, first thanks for your feedback.
I actually tried to desactivate my Adblock plugin but nothing changed.
I’m also using McAfee antivirus, but honestly I’m not sure where to look at..

I’m referring to your hosting itself, not on your local computer. Does your webhost have a server firewall? Do you have any WordPress security plugins? Please try contacting your webhost to see if they are blocking connections.

I contacted OVH, and checked the Firewall is desactivated.
SSL is activated (LETSENCRYPT – DV ).
Also here is a list of activated plugin on my website :
    – Akismer Anti-Spam
    – Contact Form 7 (and its paypal and stripe add on)
    – Newsletter, SMTP, Email marketing and subscirbe forms byu sendinblue
    – Redirection for Contact Form 7
    – WP Mail SMTP

    Please help

EDIT : I also uninstalled the plugin and reinstalled it, create a new account in Stripe, nothing works..

Hello agai, does anyone has a clue about how to solve this issue ? Or did it happen to someone else ? (please moderation, it’s not spamming, I’ve been waiting for an answer for more than 2weeks)

OKay, I don’t know what happened, but after giving it up I finally managed to connect stripe AND wordpress. Honestly I have no idea why. Here is what I did today :
    – I updated my template
    – I uninstalled my vpn and reinstalled it (I have no idea if this is relevant or what, but I’m just giving you all info)
    – I went into my Stripe dashboard > Settings > Company settings (or whatever it’s called in english) and then I went to authorized app and revoked all access
    – Later on the same day I logged in to wordpress and the “Sync wordpress and stripe” button appeared at the top of the wordpress dashboard (usually you have to go to Contact > Paypal & Stripe Settings > Stripe and then sync stripe and wordpress). It was the first time it appeared there, anyway I gave it a shot and boom, now it works. I have no idea why but if I hope it’ll help someone

EDIT : Alright, no it’s just nonsense. After just a few minutes the plugin got unsyced and now I can’t sync it anymore…
